Ordering and shipping

The path from checkout to doorstep

How fast will my order arrive?
Dispatch happens within 24 hours of payment on working days, and European delivery typically takes one to five working days after that. Tracking arrives the moment the label exists.
Is the packaging really discreet?
Plain outer, no branding, nothing on the box that describes the contents beyond what declarations require. The neighbour learns nothing.
What does shipping cost?
Nothing, on every order, without a minimum. We absorb the carrier cost rather than hiding it in a threshold game.
Which payment methods work?
SEPA bank transfer always, plus whatever additional methods your checkout shows for your destination — the payment page explains why that list is kept live rather than printed.
Products and quality

What is in the vial

How do I know the material is genuine?
Ask for the certificate of analysis before ordering — identity by mass spectrometry, purity by HPLC, tied to the batch number on your vial. The COA page teaches you to read it; the fake-COA guide teaches you to distrust it properly.
What does 99% purity actually cover?
How much of the sample is one substance — and nothing else. Identity, quantity and condition are separate questions, which is exactly why our certificates answer more than one line.
How should I store what I receive?
Sealed lyophilised vials: cold, dark, dry. Anything reconstituted or opened: refrigerated, dated, never frozen. The storage series covers every case in detail.
Why do some knowledge pages cover compounds you refuse to sell?
Because people search for them, and an honest explanation that ends at a better alternative beats silence. AOD-9604 and IGF-1 LR3 are the clearest examples — the pages explain the refusal.
Legal and returns

Rules, rights and routes

Is any of this legal to buy?
As research material in most of Europe, yes — with national exceptions and an absolute research-use-only condition. The legal series maps the framework properly; competing athletes get their own warning page.
Can I return an order?
Consumers have fourteen days to withdraw — but unsealed vials, pens and sprays are excluded by the hygiene exception. Sealed and unopened returns are straightforward; the withdrawal page has the procedure.
Something arrived damaged — now what?
Photos first, then an email with order and batch number. Acknowledgement within two working days, substantive answer within fourteen — the complaints page is the binding version.
Will you tell me how to use a compound?
No — not evasively but structurally: research material has no approved use to describe, and a supplier who invents one has left the classification. The research-use-only page explains the whole line.
