Right of withdrawal
Consumers have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance purchase — with one exception that matters enormously in this catalogue: sealed goods that are unsealed. Here is the right, the exception, and the exact procedure.
Fourteen days, no reasons required
If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase within fourteen days of the day you — or someone you nominate — receive the goods. You do not owe us a reason, and the right cannot be waived by anything in our terms.
Exercising it takes one unambiguous statement: an email to info@peptideonline24.com with your order number and the words that you withdraw. We confirm receipt promptly, and that confirmation includes the return instructions and address for your shipment.
Refunds cover the product price and standard delivery, made within fourteen days of withdrawal using the payment route you used — with the lawful proviso that we may wait until the goods are back or proof of return sending is provided.
Four steps, start to refund
What actually happens after the email.
- 01
Notify within the window
Day zero is delivery day. An email inside fourteen days preserves the right; the return itself then has a further fourteen days to be sent.
The notification address - 02
Wait for our confirmation
It arrives quickly and carries the return instructions for your specific order — do not ship anything before you have it.
Common questions meanwhile - 03
Return sealed and protected
Goods travel back at your cost unless we agreed otherwise, packed against damage. Keep the dispatch proof — it secures your refund timeline.
Packing standards to mirror - 04
Refund on the original route
Price plus standard delivery, within fourteen days, to the payment method you used. Diminished value from handling beyond inspection is deductible — sealed returns never trigger it.
How refunds travel
Unsealed vials cannot come back
The law excludes sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Peptide vials, pre-filled pens and nasal sprays are exactly such goods: a broken seal cannot be un-broken, and material that left our chain of custody unsealed cannot be resold or verified.
In practice: an unopened parcel, or unopened sealed products from it, withdraw and refund normally. A vial with a pierced septum, a primed pen, an opened spray — the right of withdrawal no longer covers that item, whatever the calendar says.
This exception is about seals, not about problems. Damaged-on-arrival, wrong-item and quality-suspect cases are complaints, not withdrawals — a separate route with its own page, and one where an opened product is obviously no barrier.
- Fourteen plus fourteenDays to notify from delivery; days to send back from notification.
- Seals decideUnopened sealed products return; unsealed ones are excluded by law.
- Return shippingAt your cost for withdrawals — unlike complaints, where faults are ours.
