Email first, and why
Everything runs through info@peptideonline24.com. Email gives both sides a written record, which batch, which order, which promise, and in a market where documentation is the product, that record protects you as much as us.
Response time is normally within one working day, and complaints are acknowledged on a defined clock described on the complaints page. If an answer needs a document, a certificate, an invoice copy, a tracking history, it arrives attached, not summarised.
What we do not offer: phone support, live chat, or advice on the use of research material. The first two are honesty about capacity; the third is the research-use-only line this whole site holds. Company details, the registered office and the people behind the desk are on the about us page.
When you contact us about a payment, quote the order reference shown on the confirmation page after checkout: it is how we find the order without asking you for anything else. Card details never reach this inbox in any form, because they never reach us at all, the payment page explains that Stripe handles the card on its own page and passes us only the confirmation.
Four things to include
Mail with these details gets answered in one round instead of three.
What an answer will and will not contain
Ask about purity, identity, storage, shipping, returns or paperwork and you get specifics, numbers, documents, dates. Ask what a compound will do for you, or how to administer it, and you get a polite, firm referral to the research-use-only page, because that answer does not exist here at any level of persistence.
Pre-sales questions get the same effort as post-sales ones. A certificate request from someone comparing five suppliers is not an interruption; it is the system working exactly as the buying guides describe.
And if we got something wrong, a late parcel, a damaged vial, a page error in the knowledge base, say so plainly. The complaints route exists for orders; for editorial corrections, a one-line email is enough and genuinely welcome.
One kind of message carries a legal clock: a withdrawal notice. The fourteen-day right for consumers comes from the Consumer Rights Directive, and the date of your email is what stops that clock, so send the notice first and raise any questions afterwards. The withdrawal page has the wording that counts and the exception for unsealed goods.
