Retatrutide Research Vial 30 mg

In stock Order today, ships today

Catalogued in the papers as LY3437943. What ships is a freeze-dried cake sealed in a 3 ml glass vial, 30 mg of material in total. Dissolve it in an equal 3 ml of bacteriostatic water and you land on a nominal 10 mg per ml. Stock is held back from sale until an outside laboratory has signed off on identity and purity.

Handling in three steps

Reconstitution decides whether a series stays comparable. Nothing here is dosing guidance.

  1. 01

Let it come up to room temperature

Twenty to thirty minutes on the bench, until the glass no longer feels cold. Then swab the septum with alcohol and wait for it to dry.

  2. 02

Aim at the glass, not the cake

Let 3 ml of bacteriostatic water run down the inner wall under low pressure. The cake will clear on its own; rotation helps, agitation does not.

  3. 03

    Date the label, then refrigerate

Note the volume you actually added, since 10 mg/ml assumes the full 3 ml went in. An undated vial is an unusable vial two weeks later.

Made and checked in Europe

Both the chemistry and the filling happen inside the EU, at an ISO-certified site. People tend to focus on the synthesis, but for a freeze-dried product the drying stage decides just as much: what sits in the vial has to be properly dry, evenly formed and clear of leftover solvent by the time the stopper is seated.

When a run closes, samples go out to a laboratory with no stake in the result. The release threshold is 99% by HPLC; anything under that never reaches the catalogue. Because the run is identified on the carton, the box in front of you maps onto one specific set of analytical results rather than a general claim about our stock.

As for the molecule: LY3437943 is a synthetic sequence built so that one backbone can act at the GLP-1, GIP and glucagon receptors together. Papers refer to this as a triple agonist in a single molecule — a design that lets researchers compare receptor combinations inside one construct instead of stacking several separate substances. The sequence also carries a lipid side chain, a modification the pharmacokinetic work links to albumin binding.

The bulk of what has been published lives in binding assays, cell signalling models and animal work. None of that is a statement about people. This material has been characterised for one context only: a controlled laboratory. More on the route itself in the GLP-1 pathway.

Frequently asked

About this vial

The questions researchers put to us most often about this particular item.

Why is it supplied dry instead of in solution?
Stability. In liquid, a sequence of this length degrades noticeably faster than it does as a dry cake, and a cake copes far better with the temperature swings of shipping. You pay for that with an extra handling step, and you get something back for it: the concentration is yours to set, since it depends entirely on how much solvent you decide to add.
How much material does one vial contain?
Thirty milligrams of dry retatrutide, in a single 3 ml vial. Matching that with 3 ml of bacteriostatic water lands you on a nominal 10 mg/ml. The solvent is not in the box; it is a separate line item in the catalogue.
How should it be stored, before and after reconstitution?
While it is still sealed: refrigerated, out of the light. A day or two at ambient temperature in transit is expected for freeze-dried material and is not something to worry about. Once you have added solvent, the picture changes — it returns to the fridge and should be treated as having a limited working life. Cycling a reconstituted vial repeatedly through freezing and thawing is a poor idea.
Where is this material produced?
Inside the EU, at an ISO-certified site, with the analysis done in Europe too. This is not bulk material of unclear origin decanted into our own vials. The number printed on the carton points at the exact run yours belongs to. More on that in our quality standard.
Can I see the certificate for my batch?
Yes — send the number from the carton and the matching certificate comes back to you. It sets out the identity confirmation and the HPLC purity figure for that run, and 99% is the floor for release. What a COA shows explains how to read it.
How quickly does an order ship?
Inside 24 hours. The outer box carries no indication of its contents, shipping costs nothing, and a tracking number reaches you by email. Glassware is packed with enough padding to survive ordinary courier handling.
What is this sold for?
Laboratory research. That is the whole list. This is neither a medicine nor a supplement, and it is not fit for administration to a person or an animal. Whether you may hold or import it where you live is your responsibility to establish. See research use only.
